1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to KiyoCRM at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing year. No partial refunds will be provided for unused months.
  • On-Premises Licenses: Cancellation terms are specified in your individual license agreement.

2. Refund Policy

Kiyo Solutions Pvt Ltd offers refunds under the following circumstances:

2.1. Subscription Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase
  • Refunds are only available for the first subscription payment
  • Subsequent renewals are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days

2.2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already used or consumed
  • Add-on services or premium features purchased separately
  • Custom development or implementation services
  • Training or consulting services
  • Subscriptions renewed after the initial purchase period

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days

4. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and refuse service if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Payment is not received or fails
  • You breach any applicable laws or regulations

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside our standard policy, please contact us with details, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your account will remain accessible until the end of your paid period
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after cancellation for recovery purposes
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You are responsible for exporting your data before cancellation

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
